Fluffy Egg Salad Sandwiches & Homemade Bread!
Do you enjoy Japanese Egg Salad Sandwiches? They’re incredibly fluffy and creamy, melting in your mouth with every bite. This delightful sandwich is immensely popular in Japan, often purchased for breakfast, lunch, or snacks while on the go. The taste is especially delightful when the egg is creamy. To achieve that perfect creaminess, there’s a little trick. Additionally, I always prepare homemade sandwich bread, which adds to the soft and delicious experience. Also, here’s a link on how to make easy boiled eggs using an Instant Pot.
Instructions:
- Separate the boiled eggs into yolks and whites.
- In a bowl, combine the egg yolks with milk, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise, mixing until creamy. (You can also add a little sugar to taste, if desired.)
- Finely chop the egg whites and add them to the mixture from step 2, stirring well.
- Place the egg mixture onto bread slices to assemble the sandwiches.
