Do you like Japanese soba? Japanese soba noodles are primarily made from buckwheat flour, although sometimes wheat flour or other ingredients may be added. It has fewer calories than Ramen. It’s easy to eat even when you are sick because the noodles soothe your throat, and they’re not greasy. I normally make some concentrated soba sauce, so whenever I want to eat soba, either cold or hot, the sauce is ready. I just boil noodles and add them to the soba sauce with a bit of water. This makes your life a little bit easier. Let’s try it.
