It’s hard to believe that only three ingredients can create such a phenomenal pasta dish. This recipe holds a special place in my heart as my mom used to make it during my childhood. It’s incredibly simple yet incredibly delicious. The best part is that it remains tasty even after a few days in the refrigerator, and it still tastes great when served cold. This makes it a perfect option for packed lunches. Alternatively, you can prepare a large batch and have it ready to serve when you come home from work. Pair it with some vegetables or a salad, and dinner is effortlessly taken care of.
Ingredients :
Capellini Pasta
Salt
Pepper
Soy Sauce
Garlic
Instructions:
- Boil the pasta. Once the boiled pasta is drained in a colander, rinse it with hot water. Then, drizzle olive oil over the pasta and toss to coat.
- Prepare the minced garlic. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the garlic and pasta. Sauté them together. Add salt and pepper to taste. It is recommended to use a generous amount of pepper. Finally, drizzle a little soy sauce, mix well,
