How to cook:
As promised, this recipe is incredibly easy, especially if you have an Instant Pot. If you don’t already have one, I highly recommend investing in it as it will make your life much easier.
Let’s get started:
- Begin by adding the appropriate amount of water to the Instant Pot based on the number of family members you are serving.
- Next, add all the ingredients to the pot, and securely close the lid.
- Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook for 20 minutes and allow it to slow cook until dinnertime. Alternatively, you can choose to slow cook the broth the day before and leave it.
- Once you arrive home, all you need to do is cook the noodles or you can even cook the noodles in the morning, and by the time dinnertime rolls around, simply reheat them in the broth. Either way, it’s a quick and effortless step!
- That’s it! Your delicious homemade pho is ready to be enjoyed.
