Japanese-Style Hamburger Steak Spaghetti

When I used the premade hamburger steak that I had prepared and stored in the freezer, the spaghetti meat sauce I made was unbelievably delicious.

Many mothers often ponder over what to make for dinner, especially when there are limited ingredients in the refrigerator, particularly before a grocery run. On this particular day, I found some frozen hamburgers I had made earlier, so I decided to use them to create spaghetti. The meat sauce is my mother’s recipe, and I miss the taste of my mother, who passed away over 30 years ago.

 

Adding mayonnaise as the final secret ingredient, according to my mother, enhances the richness of the sauce. Of course, this recipe works well by substituting frozen meatballs. Making a large batch of meat sauce and freezing it is also a delicious option. The seasoning is suitable for even small children, so please give it a try.

The hamburger was too large to fit in the blazer, so in the video, I use a frying pan. However, in my everyday cooking, I make spaghetti sauce in Staub’s braiser. The flavor is concentrated and very delicious, and it lasts a long time, so I highly recommend it. Currently, the red braiser is available at a low price.

Instructions

  1. Prepare Vegetables: Cut onions and mini peppers. You can also add your favorite vegetables or mushrooms.
  2. Cook Frozen Hamburger:
    • Heat oil in a pan and cook the frozen hamburger. Once both sides have a light sear, add garlic, onions, and sweet peppers. Stir-fry and add the marinara sauce.
  3. Prepare Marinara Sauce:
    • Add chicken bouillon, ketchup, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat, cover, and let it sit for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti.
  4. Cook Spaghetti:
    • Boil spaghetti according to package instructions.
  5. Serve:
    • Place the cooked spaghetti on a plate and top it with the sauce and hamburger.

Note: Adjust the quantity of spaghetti based on personal preferences.
